Metal Color Screen Ultrasonic Flow Meter
Product Introduction
The metal color screen ultrasonic flow meter is developed based on an original imported Intel FPGA integrated circuit, combining threshold comparison gate delay method and high-speed ADC correlation method in its algorithm.
As a high-end time-difference ultrasonic flow meter in China, it is different from 99% of domestic clamp-on ultrasonic flow meters that use obsolete capacitive charging algorithms or only a single comparison/correlation algorithm. It features a measurement rate of over 300 times per second (most domestic models are below 50 times/s), with accuracy strictly controlled within ±1.0%. It also has greatly improved tolerance to bubbles in pipelines, enduring up to 5 seconds of continuous bubbles or impurities.
In addition to high response speed, low power consumption and high stability, it retains our independently developed TGA technology — a high-speed, high-precision time measurement algorithm with precision up to dozens of picoseconds (ps).
Equipped with a brand-new 320*480 color TFT LCD with high resolution and vivid display, and a full metal housing with high protection, electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity, it offers excellent durability and impact resistance.
It can be equipped with RTD modules and temperature sensors to work as an energy meter for measuring heating/cooling consumption in heating supply and air conditioning refrigeration pipelines.

Installation Requirements
- The measuring section must be always full of liquid.
- Preferred installation: vertical upward flow or horizontal pipeline.
- Ensure pipe surface temperature is within sensor range.
- Select a pipe section without excessive corrosion or scaling.
- Satisfy upstream and downstream straight pipe requirements for elbows, tees, valves, pumps and reducers.
