Wafer vortex flow meter
Integrated wafer vortex flow meter adopts Karman‑vortex‑street principle for volumetric‑flow measurement of liquid, gas and steam. Short wafer‑type body fits narrow‑space installation, DN15‑DN300 wafer dimension; accuracy reaches 1.0% for flange type and 1.5% for insertion version. Standard SS304 construction with optional SS316, medium temperature up to 350℃, maximum working pressure 6.4 MPa, available with ATEX explosion‑proof approval. Without moving parts, low pressure loss; measurement result immune to fluid pressure, temperature, density and viscosity. Supports pulse‑frequency and isolated two‑wire 4‑20 mA outputs, powered by 12‑24VDC or 3.6V battery. Remote‑display variant features IP68 housing for underground installation. Applied for high‑temperature steam, compressed air, nitrogen, hydrogen and gas trade settlement; on‑site vibration avoidance is required. PDF datasheet available for download.
