Precision Assembly Underpins Quality: Batch of Electromagnetic Flowmeters Complete Electrode‑Mounting and Enter Commissioning Phase
Recently, the production workshop is bustling with operations. A batch of electromagnetic flowmeters has finished electrode‑assembly procedures and is neatly arranged for subsequent inspection and commissioning, marking a key milestone for this production order. As the core sensing component, the electrodes of electromagnetic flowmeters directly determine measurement accuracy, medium compatibility and long‑term operational stability. At the assembly station, skilled workers strictly follow process specifications to complete aligned installation of electrodes, liners and flanges, as well as wiring verification. Assembly clearance and wiring reliability are fully controlled in compliance with manufacturing standards, taking anti‑corrosion performance and signal acquisition into account. The finished products are suitable for fluid measurement under complex working conditions such as chemical industry, sewage treatment, grain processing and metallurgy. Every procedure, including component sorting, precise electrode installation, cable arrangement and preliminary visual inspection, is closely linked. Self‑inspection is implemented at each working procedure. After assembly, the flowmeters will go through multiple tests such as insulation testing, simulated flow calibration and pressure testing to guarantee factory‑exit quality and avoid on‑site operational failures. This batch covers both domestic industrial procurement and foreign trade export orders. Upon completion of all inspections and verifications, the products will be packaged and delivered to...
